Corporate Coordinator

About the Role:

As the Corporate Coordinator you will be responsible to the Corporate Manager in the delivery of key business support and administration in relation to Human Resource and Quality Assurance administration across the organisation.

This position will be based in Karratha on a full time basis, with 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource

  • Facilitate HR admin requirements to ensure that the organisation meets legislative compliance.
  • Maintain HR records according to legislative requirements and organisational processes.
  • Coordinate training for all staff.
  • Assist with recruitment, appointment and termination activities where appropriate.
  • Contribute to developing HR strategies, policies and procedures in consultation with the Corporate Manager.
  • Other duties including projects as directed by the Corporate Manager.

Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate all facilities and building management services.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance records of all EPIC equipment including assets, equipment and vehicles.
  • Coordinate all assets and equipment servicing, repairs and replacements with the exception of the fleet of vehicles.
  • Coordinate all Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) compliance matters.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of effective Quality Assurance strategies and processes.
  • Identify IT needs and across the organisation and provide assistance with all IT requirements as needed.
  • Other duties including projects as directed by the Corporate Manager.

Desirable:

  • Completion of a relevant tertiary level qualification.

  • A satisfactory Police Certificate no older than 3 months.
