EPIC is a not for profit organisation operating in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. EPIC stands for Empowering People in Communities and that is what we aim to do through a range of services that support many people to live a more connected life including disability services, Jobs & Skills Centres, parenting services and community programs.

We are seeking a Office & Customer Service Coordinator to effectively coordinate all of EPICs properties, buildings and assets and to also support the organisation delivering outstanding customer service to all of EPIC’s existing and potential customers.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent understanding of the coordination of maintenance, repairs and usage of all EPIC facilities, buildings and assets;
- High standard of administration skills
- Good knowledge of financial systems to process invoices;
- Outstanding knowledge and demonstration of customer service standards and skills;
- Knowledge of CRM / data entry software systems
