We are seeking a Operations Manager for a Full Time position, based from our Karratha office.
•Lead and effectively manage the operations of Community Services and Disability Services across the Pilbara Region;
•Lead and effectively manage the HR, Marketing, Quality and Compliance and Administration Teams supporting EPIC;
•Enhance EPIC’s Community profile through leadership and improvement opportunities across the EPIC Division.
What are we looking for?
•Diploma or Degree Qualification in the Community and/or Disability Field, and/or Leadership Management;
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Community and/or Disability Field;
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Line Leadership or Management position;
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
•Culturally sensitive to a broad and diverse client group with excellent interpersonal skills;
•Excellent organisational and effective time management skills;
•Hold a current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
Desirable: Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Disability Manager or Community Manager.
