With more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry, Molly as a proven track record in operations, maintenance, and health and safety. Molly has held pivotal roles, including General Manager of Robe Valley Operations and Pannawonica Township, and currently leads Pilbara Communities & HSEC.

In this capacity, Molly is responsible for driving strategic community development and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders and government entities.
