Denise Jalil Fredes grew up in Argentina. After completing university and working in the community, she immigrated to Australia, where she found the opportunity to pursue her purpose in the social work sector. She has three years of experience in this sector, with two years at EPIC.

Initially working as a Support Coordinator, Denise helped clients access the NDIS, advocated for services, and supported their engagement. She was then promoted to the role of Support Coordination Manager. Through her experiences and ongoing studies in community services and counselling, she has built confidence in her ability to offer high-quality services to her clients at EPIC.

Denise is fortunate to have always received support from her partner and family, who encourage her to stay true to her ideas and values and implement them to empower people and advocate for everyone. By providing individuals with knowledge, choice, and control, she helps them achieve independence and live the lives they have always dreamed of.
