Service Description
EPIC’s Focus Pod provides a quiet, professional workspace for community members who need a comfortable place to work, attend online meetings or focus between appointments. Four desk spaces are available at EPIC Karratha from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm. Bookings are available for a minimum of four hours and are subject to approval by EPIC Reception. Submitting a request provisionally reserves your selected time but does not confirm the booking. Reception will contact you to finalise your booking and provide further information.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to approval by EPIC Reception and are not confirmed until written confirmation is received. Bookings must be made at least 8 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. By proceeding with a booking, users agree to comply with EPIC’s Focus Pod Conditions of Use and Code of Conduct, which will be provided with the booking confirmation. Failure to follow these conditions may affect future access to the Focus Pod.
