EPIC 2025 AGM

A Year of Growth, Connection and Change

EPIC recently held its 2025 Annual General Meeting, bringing together members, board, staff and community to reflect on a year of strong growth, meaningful impact and exciting change.

The meeting opened with an Acknowledgement of Country, recognising the Traditional Owners across all regions in which EPIC operates, and reinforcing our commitment to respect, connection and community.

CEO Stephanie shared highlights from the past year, including the launch of the EPIC Cultural Revival Program, expansion of services across regional communities, strengthened workforce stability, and new leadership and staff recognition initiatives. Progress across key projects — including site upgrades, housing strategies, and the launch of EPIC’s 2024–2029 Strategic Plan — reflected a year focused on sustainability, inclusion and long-term impact.

Members were also invited to explore the 2024–25 Annual Report, now available on the EPIC website, celebrating stories, achievements and the people at the heart of our work.

A significant milestone was marked with EPIC undertaking its first ever changes to the Constitution, supporting the organisation’s continued growth and evolution as we expand services and strengthen governance for the future.

The AGM concluded with heartfelt acknowledgements of departing board members for their years of dedicated service, shared reflections from members, and a visual celebration of the year that was — showcasing programs, people and moments that make EPIC what it is.

As always, the AGM was a reminder that EPIC’s strength lies in its community — the people we support, the teams who show up every day, and the shared vision that continues to guide us forward.

We invite you to explore the AGM presentation and photo highlights below to see the year through our community’s eyes.
